Angus Barn
Eric,
This weekend we were able to use our gift certificate to Angus Barn that we got from Frank and Beth as an engagement present. It was a great night! Angus Barn was decorated for Christmas and the food was delicious. And the company of course was top notch ;) With so much going on lately, we've been busy, and I know I've been stressed about alot of things (Christmas shopping, chores around the house knowing another semester of school is looming, wedding planning, exercising, and my job changing a little bit which has meant I'm learning alot of new things and staying late). It amazes me how you seem to never get stressed about anything. I hope that rubs off on me over time. Believe it or not, I think I have gotten better!
Even with everything going on, you always seem to show me that you care. You made me a pomogranite martini on Friday night when we were in "celebration mode" since you know I'm on a pomogranite kick lately. And didn't fuss too bad when I was out the entire day shopping with Heather on Saturday. And Sunday when the router died and it took me almost the whole day to troubleshoot it and eventually buy and hook up a new one, you didn't get upset that you couldn't monitor your fantasy football scores every 30 seconds :)
I love knowing that when life gets crazy (or stays crazy), I've got you beside me finding some way to make me laugh and put everything into perspective.
I am really really looking forward to Christmas. Especially now that I have all my shopping done! I can't wait for the week between Christmas and New Year's where we get to have a "vacation" in Raleigh. It seems we always go out of town when we have more than a normal weekend off from work, so I am very excited to have a break and not travel anywhere for once :)
All my love,
Sarah
